Please review our professional booking guidelines before planning your trip.

1. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Mandatory Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or older to independently make a booking or reservation on the AmarTrip platform.

Minors (individuals under the age of 18) are strictly prohibited from making direct bookings. They may only travel when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized adult over the age of 18 who holds the primary booking responsibility. Valid government-issued ID proof verifying the age of the primary traveler will be required at the time of boarding or check-in.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed once full or agreed partial payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email/receipt with a valid booking ID is issued by AmarTrip. Verbal confirmations or uncompleted transactions do not hold any validity.

3. Payment Terms

To secure your tour package or vehicle booking, the following payment terms generally apply unless specified otherwise:

  • An advance payment (usually 30% to 50% of the total amount) is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the journey or as per the specific package terms.
  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and verified standard payment gateways.

4. Right to Refuse Service

AmarTrip reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any booking if the provided information (including age verification) is found to be false, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or operational challenges. In such cases, standard refund procedures will apply.
