Welcome to AmarTrip. By accessing our website, booking a vehicle, or purchasing a tour package, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

AmarTrip provides vehicle booking services for individual travel, group travel, weddings, and political events, along with curated tour packages. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• The final fare may vary depending on actual distance traveled, waiting time, and any applicable tolls or state taxes.
• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer as per our payment policies.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information during booking. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer or their guests will be charged to the customer. Illegal activities or carrying prohibited items inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Limitation of Liability

AmarTrip strives to ensure timely and safe travel. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
