Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our professional tour package refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

At AmarTrip, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service partners.

Important Condition: Refunds are strictly applicable ONLY if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel or package start date. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time.

2. Cancellation Charges & Timeline

If you cancel your booking before the 24-hour cutoff, standard cancellation charges will apply to cover administrative and vendor processing fees. The refund amount is calculated as follows:

  • 15+ Days before travel: 90% Refund (10% cancellation charges)
  • 7 to 14 Days before travel: 75% Refund (25% cancellation charges)
  • 24 Hours to 6 Days before travel: 50% Refund (50% cancellation charges)
  • Less than 24 Hours before travel: No Refund (100% cancellation charges)

3. Refund Processing

Once your cancellation request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be initiated back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Components

Certain components of the tour package, such as flight tickets, train tickets, VIP Darshan passes, or special event bookings which are strictly non-refundable by the respective vendors, will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
